This was the festival where there were over a 100 ladies dressed up in matching Kimonos and did a dance down the ginza walk way. After the dancing ladies, there was a ton of school kids carrying these little temple statues. I believe they were raising money for something and were shouting very loudly and it seemed even more loud because of the high ceilings.
